Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DocSense, operated by AMG Innovation, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using DocSense, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use DocSense for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

DocSense extracts data (such as invoice number, date, vendor, total and line items) from invoices, receipts and similar documents in English and Hindi, and lets you export it as CSV. Extraction is performed by an AI model (the Claude API by Anthropic).

AI output can be wrong. Always check extracted data against the original document before using it for accounting, tax, legal or payment decisions. You are responsible for how you use the results.

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information.
• Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us promptly at the contact email below if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Free: up to 20 documents per calendar month. Documents whose extraction fails do not count toward this limit.
• Pro: ₹999 per month for unlimited documents and priority processing, subject to fair use (section 7).

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include or exclude applicable taxes (such as GST) as shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

• If you are not satisfied with Pro, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your payment by emailing gyandeepg871@gmail.com from your account email.
• After 7 days, payments for the current month are non-refundable, but you can stop using Pro at any time and will not be charged again.
• Duplicate or mistaken charges are always refunded in full.
• Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 business days, and your account returns to the Free plan.
• We may refuse refunds for accounts suspended for breaking these terms.

You keep all rights to the documents you upload and the data extracted from them. You give us permission to store, process and transmit your content (including to our service providers described in the Privacy Policy) only to provide DocSense to you. You confirm that you have the right to upload each document and to share any personal data it contains.

You agree not to:

• upload anything illegal, or documents you do not have the right to process;
• upload other people's personal data without a lawful basis or their consent;
• upload malware, or files designed to disrupt or exploit the service;
• try to access other users' data, or bypass security, usage limits or payment;
• reverse engineer, scrape, resell or overload the service, or use automated means to send unreasonable volumes of documents;
• use DocSense for fraud, forgery or any activity that breaks Indian or other applicable law.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with notice where reasonably possible.

We aim to keep DocSense available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, add or remove features. If we discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.

DocSense is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by inaccurate extraction that you did not check. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You can stop using DocSense and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
